As the officially recognized Canadian representative to both the Global Esports Federation (GEF) and the International Esports Federation (IESF), Esport Canada is the national home for Canadian participation in nation-based esports competition.
Our National Team Programs are designed in alignment with established Canadian sport standards and best practices used by National Sport Organizations (NSOs), emphasizing transparent selection processes, athlete well-being, safe sport, and high-performance development. Whether competing regionally or on the world stage, Esport Canada works to ensure that Canadian esports players are supported, prepared, and recognized within a system that reflects the values and governance standards of Canadian sport.
