Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026

Esport Canada will host its Annual General Meeting on August 12, 2026. This meeting is open to all Provincial/Territorial Member Organizations / Elected Post-Secondary Institutions.


How to Register & Submit Motions

  • Registration: Please contact your National Council representative for full registration details.

  • Submission of Motions: Members wishing to submit motions must do so before July 30, 2026. Please contact your National Council representative for submission.
     

Call for Nominations: Board of Directors

We are seeking applications for 5 available board seats:

  • 1x Post-Secondary National Council Representative Seat

  • 1x Open Board Seat (open to all applicants)

  • 3x Independent Board Seats (non-endemic to esports)

 

All applications must be submitted by July 15, 2026, using the form below.

 

All submissions will be reviewed by the Nomination Committee to verify eligibility and compliance with Canadian Sport Governance Act standards for National Sport Organization board composition.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Esport Canada periodically issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and engage qualified partners for upcoming projects, programs, and national initiatives. These opportunities may include event production, technology solutions, marketing and communications, research, athlete services, and other areas that support the growth and integrity of esports in Canada.
